ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IND AS).
  • Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, Income Tax, and Company Law matters.
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Conduct variance analysis, budget tracking, and cost control reports.
  • Maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with statutory bodies, consultants, and government departments for filings and inspections.
  • Oversee vendor payments, receivables management, and payroll processing.
  • Assist in preparation of board reports, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management review.
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Support ERP/Accounting software implementation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Sound knowledge of IND AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead junior team members where required.
