Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
– Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
– Cultivate strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, radiologists, and hospital administrators, across
– Analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Coordinate with the marketing department to support product promotions, campaigns, and educational programs
– Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and development initiatives.
– Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on market activities, challenges, and accomplishments to senior management.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in sales practices.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or Pharma industry, preferably with exposure to stents and balloons.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
– Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing sales teams.
– Deep understanding of the healthcare sector and network
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to travel extensively across the region.
