Key Responsibilities
1. Data Integration & Modeling
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from SAP and other sources
- Work with SAP tables, CDS Views, and SAP HANA data models
- Develop and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics
2. Dashboard & Report Development
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs
- Optimize reports for performance and usability
3. SAP HANA Analytics
- Develop and manage HANA Calculation Views
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization
- Ensure efficient data retrieval and processing
4. Business Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into technical BI solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
5. Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Maintain proper documentation for data models, reports, and processes
- Implement data security and access controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL (SAP HANA / SQL Server)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1) and SAP S/4HANA data structures
- Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or Power BI
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of CDS Views and HANA Calculation Views
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 5 TO 8 years of experience in BI development
- Experience in SAP-integrated environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
