Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administration, or similar role.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or related responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with event planning, employee engagement, recognition programs, and/or DEI activities is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office software/tools.
