Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Process Design (Manufacturing-Focused)
– Product costing (standard & actual)
– Inventory valuation (batch-wise / serial-controlled)
– Manufacturing variance analysis
2. SAP Configuration & Implementation
– FI & CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC)
– Universal Journal (ACDOCA), parallel ledgers
3. Regulatory & Compliance
– FDA, ISO 13485, GST, IFRS/GAAP compliance
– Audit readiness, traceability, GxP environments
4. Integration
– MM, PP, QM modules
– Financial postings for goods movement & production
5. Costing & Profitability
– Product-level profitability
– BOM-based costing
– Variance & scrap analysis
6. Reporting
– P&L, Balance Sheet, cost reports
– SAP Fiori & analytics
Required Skills
– Strong SAP FI & CO expertise
– Manufacturing costing & inventory accounting
– Regulatory understanding (medical/pharma)
– Basic ABAP & interface knowledge
Qualifications
– Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Engineering
– CA / CMA / MBA preferred
– SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
Experience
5–10 years in SAP FI/CO with at least 1–2 S/4HANA implementations and manufacturing experience.
