Junior Salesforce Developer

Position Specific Skills We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, supporting business processes and contributing to CRM enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development: Build and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

CRM Customization: Configure workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports to meet business needs.

Database & Queries: Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

Integration Support: Assist in connecting Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot Apex code, and ensure application quality.

Business Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.

Data Governance: Ensure accuracy, security, and proper documentation of Salesforce configurations.

Apex & Visualforce: Foundational knowledge of Apex programming and Visualforce page development.

Lightning Components: Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern UI development.

SOQL & SOSL: Ability to write queries for data retrieval and manipulation within Salesforce.

Workflow Automation: Experience configuring workflows, process builder, and validation rules.

Integration Basics: Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and ability to support system integrations.

Database Management: Familiarity with Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.

Testing & Debugging: Skills in troubleshooting Apex code and performing unit testing.

Security & Governance: Awareness of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, and data accuracy.
