ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Handle offer negotiations and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience hiring for Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and corporate functions.

Required Skills

  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
