Web Developer

Role Summary

The Web Developer (Web Page Designer) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining company websites and digital assets across multiple CMS platforms. The role will support Digital Marketing initiatives by building responsive web pages, campaign landing pages, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless technical execution aligned with branding and compliance standards.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web pages using WordPress, Webflow, and Drupal
• Create and deploy campaign landing pages aligned with marketing objectives
• Implement UI/UX enhancements to improve user engagement and conversion rates
• Manage website updates including product launches, content uploads, and blog publishing
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO technical elements
• Develop and customize HTML email templates
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Coordinate with IT for hosting, security updates, server management, and backups
• Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain plugin updates, CMS security patches, and compliance standards

 

 

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • WordPress (theme customization, plugin management, page builders)
  • Web flow
  • Drupal (content management & basic customization)
• Proficiency in:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (basic to intermediate level)
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques
• Understanding of SEO technical fundamentals
• Experience in HTML email template design
• Basic understanding of hosting environments and server coordination

 

 

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in web development
• Experience working on multiple CMS platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
